Note: As this position is located in Quebec, candidates must be able to communicate in French (oral and written).

About the Role: Meat Cutter

The Meat Cutter at Costco Laval is responsible for the full preparation cycle of raw meat products — from receiving and rotating stock in the cooler, right through to cutting, trimming, grinding, and setting up the display case for members. You’ll operate equipment including a band saw, tenderizing machine, roast tyer, and automatic meat slicer, following Costco’s production standards at every step.

Beyond the cutting table, this role involves food safety compliance, routine equipment maintenance, and collaboration with the broader meat department team. You’ll also be expected to assist with the seafood road show as outlined in Costco’s internal manual, and jump in to support other warehouse areas when needed. Food Safety Certification Level 1 is required from your first day on the job.
