Marketing Road Representative – Costco Wholesale – Montréal, QC

Meets with current and prospective members to increase membership sign ups and warehouse sales. As a Marketing Road Representative, you’ll canvass businesses in person and by phone, promoting Costco memberships and fostering sales across the Montréal market.

You will communicate the benefits of Executive Membership and the credit card program to new and existing members, using persuasive skills to meet department goals on new Executive and MasterCard signups, while supporting community events and trade shows.

About the role: Marketing Road Representative

In this field-based position, you’ll meet with business owners to assess their needs and recommend Costco products and services. You’ll schedule and man on-site membership events, collect funds, and submit clear mileage and expense reports.

You’ll also support the Marketing Manager by implementing marketing plans, assisting at the Membership Counter as needed, and maintaining excellent member service when responding to inquiries with tact and discretion.

Requirements / Skills

  • High school diploma or GED preferred
  • Valid driver’s license & reliable vehicle with business insurance
  • Marketing or sales experience (preferred)
  • Bilingual in French and English (oral and written) for Quebec postings
  • Strong communication & persuasion skills
  • Ability to use personal vehicle and track mileage/expenses
