Marketing Road Representative – Costco – Mississauga, ON

Costco Wholesale Canada Ltd. is looking for a Marketing Road Representative at the Mississauga warehouse (5900 Rodeo Drive). This role focuses on driving new membership sign-ups and increasing warehouse sales by meeting with individuals, businesses, and organizations. About the role: Marketing Road Representative

The Marketing Road Representative is responsible for business canvassing, community outreach, and membership promotions. You’ll meet with business owners, assess their needs, and demonstrate how Costco products and services can benefit them and their employees. Responsibilities also include scheduling on-site membership drives, tracking activity logs, managing expense reports, and helping to execute the warehouse marketing plan.

This position also requires flexibility—working evenings and weekends as needed—and the ability to promote Costco at community events and local trade shows, ensuring strong community relations and brand presence.

Requirements / Skills

• High School Diploma or GED preferred.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable vehicle with business insurance required.

• Ability to meet membership revenue goals (20% New Member Executive, 20% New Member MasterCard on road sign-ups).
• Strong communication, problem-solving, and customer service skills.
