About the Role: Manager, Mobile Development Practice

As the Manager of the Mobile Development Practice, you’ll lead and grow a community of mobile developers at Canadian Tire. Your day-to-day will span practice leadership, people development, and cross-functional collaboration. You’ll define and maintain development standards, drive adoption of approved tooling, and work alongside Enterprise Architecture and Platform teams to ensure consistent, high-quality engineering across squads.

Responsibilities
