On your resume, emphasise any experience leading creative teams, managing agency relationships, and delivering projects across print and digital channels. If you’ve previously worked in retail marketing, advertising agencies, or in-house creative departments, make sure to highlight specific campaigns and measurable outcomes that align with this role.

Resume & Application Tips: Before applying, tailor your resume and — critically — your portfolio to reflect work that is relevant to retail, brand identity, and campaign execution. Dress professionally, arrive 10–15 minutes early, and bring printed copies of select portfolio pieces. Prepare thoughtful questions about the team structure, current brand initiatives, and growth pathways. Send a thank-you email within 24 hours of your interview.
