The position includes cleaning, operating compactors, restocking supplies, and assisting with grounds maintenance. It requires attention to detail, following safety and security procedures, and delivering courteous service to members, employees, and suppliers.
About the role: Maintenance Assistant
As a Maintenance Assistant, your responsibilities include cleaning floors, windows, restrooms, and production areas, while ensuring dust and debris are minimized. You will also handle trash and cardboard compactors, replace light bulbs, and maintain light fixtures and ceilings.
This position also involves grounds maintenance tasks such as removing snow and ice, blowing leaves, and conducting roof checks. Additional duties may include concrete repairs, painting, inventory tasks, and assisting with purchases, ensuring the lab remains functional and safe at all times.
