Responsibilities

- Operate the garbage compactor and cardboard bailer
- Check the daily schedule for assigned routine tasks and complete them efficiently
- Perform perimeter checks and assist with the general upkeep of the building and grounds
- Respond quickly to spills and clear work areas of debris or trip hazards
- Inform management of any maintenance or facility issues requiring attention
- Follow all safety and security procedures and provide prompt, courteous member service
