About the Role: Loader/Unloader PM (Local Sorter)

As a Local Sorter at the Delta facility, you’ll be on the floor handling packages of all sizes — lifting, lowering, and moving items weighing between 10 and 70 lbs, with some packages up to 150 lbs. You’ll work closely with conveyor belts, roller systems, and other warehouse equipment while scanning and sorting packages based on postal codes, addresses, and dimensions.

Accuracy and attention to detail are key in this position. You’ll be expected to understand routing charts, postal codes, and maps to ensure packages are directed correctly. The team environment at UPS values safety compliance, consistent performance, and mutual support across shifts.
