About the Role: ISV Senior Account Manager

As a Senior ISV Sales Representative, your primary focus will be growing AWS revenue and market share in a dedicated territory by developing and executing against comprehensive account plans. You’ll identify and nurture strategic ISV relationships, manage the full sales cycle from prospecting through to contract negotiation, and ensure a high level of customer satisfaction across your portfolio. This role also involves identifying potential AWS Software Competency Partners and working alongside them to extend reach in the market.

AWS offers a competitive total compensation package for this role. The base salary range is $123,600 to $206,300 CAD annually for both Vancouver and Toronto locations, with the final offer determined by experience, qualifications, and location. Total compensation may also include sign-on payments, restricted stock units (RSUs), and sales incentives. Responsibilities

This is a quota-carrying sales role with full ownership of a defined ISV territory. Day-to-day, you’ll be building pipeline, advancing deals, and managing relationships at all levels of target organizations — from the boardroom to the developer floor. Requirements / Skills

  • Experience with AWS and technology-as-a-service models (IaaS, SaaS, PaaS) — preferred
