ICQA Data Analyst – Amazon – Cambridge, ON
Amazon Canada Fulfillment Services is on the lookout for a sharp and driven ICQA Data Analyst to join the Inventory Control / Quality Assurance (ICQA) team at their Cambridge, Ontario facility. If you thrive on turning raw data into meaningful insights and want to play a key role in one of the world’s most customer-centric companies, this could be exactly the opportunity you’ve been waiting for.
In this role, you’ll collaborate closely with both the ICQA and operations teams across Inbound and Outbound functions, delivering analytical support for ACES initiatives, investigating defect root causes, and helping maintain compliance with ICQA-related SoX requirements. You’ll own the insights, build automated dashboards, and help simplify complex processes through smart data solutions.
About the Role: ICQA Data Analyst
As the ICQA Data Analyst, you’ll be responsible for the full data lifecycle — from collecting and managing data to designing queries, generating reports, and building automated reporting tools. You’ll work with both internal and external data sources to create custom analytics that drive operational decision-making. Working in a fast-moving, sometimes ambiguous environment, you’ll be expected to take initiative and deliver results autonomously.
This is a role that demands both technical proficiency and business acumen. Beyond the numbers, you’ll back up Process Assistant duties as needed, ensuring the team runs smoothly even during busy periods. Your attention to data integrity — maintaining a 0% error rate — will be critical to the success of the ICQA program.
