Google’s Go-to-Market Operations team is hiring a Head of Americas Product GTM, Measurement — a senior leadership role available in Toronto, ON (among other North American locations). About the Role: Head of Americas Product GTM, Measurement
The Americas Product Go-To-Market (pGTM) team designs and executes product activation strategies that accelerate growth for ALCS. In this leadership role, you’ll own the vision and delivery for measurement pillars — including Enhanced Conversions, Google Tag Gateway, Data Manager, and Google Analytics — ensuring they integrate cohesively with broader Search, YouTube, and Google Marketing Platform initiatives. You’ll define customer segmentation approaches, drive scaled product adoption, and deliver measurable business outcomes for Google’s largest clients.

You’ll collaborate closely with Global Product Solutions and Sales leadership, facilitate executive forums, and distill undefined challenges into actionable plans. Benefits and Salary
For Canadian applicants, the base salary range for this full-time position is CAD $244,000–$250,000, plus bonus, equity, and benefits. Responsibilities
In this senior role, you’ll be accountable for both strategic direction and day-to-day team leadership. The work spans executive-level collaboration, product activation planning, and driving measurable outcomes across one of Google’s largest sales organizations. Here’s what the role entails:
- Lead a high-performing team of executive individual contributors, providing dedicated coaching, ongoing feedback, and career development support
- Drive a cohesive outlook for the activation of Data Strength, Measurement Platforms, and Apps Measurement across the Americas Large Customer Sales organization
- Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders including Sales, Product, and Marketing to drive strategic projects and achieve alignment among different executive leaders
- Navigate ambiguity and complex projects by distilling undefined issues into clear problem statements and owning end-to-end deliverables and outcomes
- Identify strategic needs proactively, developing plans, sales materials, and commercialization strategies required to capture new growth opportunities and mitigate risks
- Represent your team’s portfolio in executive forums, structuring discussions that enable leadership to make informed, timely decisions
- Align on key focus areas, sequencing, and customer segmentation to drive scaled product adoption and measurable business impact for Google’s largest clients
Requirements / Skills
Google is looking for a seasoned leader with a strong background in business strategy and sales operations, combined with the executive presence to influence at the highest levels. The ideal candidate brings both analytical rigour and the ability to move complex initiatives forward in a large, matrixed organization.
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience (required)
- 10 years of experience in management consulting, sales operations, business strategy, investment banking, venture capital, private equity, or corporate advisory — or 8 years with an advanced degree
- 5 years of experience working with executive stakeholders
- Experience managing a team (required)
- MBA degree (preferred)
- Experience with Google data strength solutions (e.g., Enhanced Conversions, Google Tag Gateway, Data Manager), Apps Measurement, or Google Analytics (preferred)
- Experience structuring and facilitating executive forums, identifying urgent issues, navigating competing perspectives, and delivering concise communications (preferred)
- Ability to own large, complex projects and be responsible for end-to-end outcomes and deliverables
- Ability to identify new strategic opportunities and provide informed perspectives on options, risks, and upsides affecting business growth
