Group Coordinator Lead – DHL Supply Chain – Brantford, ON
DHL Supply Chain is looking for a Group Coordinator Lead to join their team in Brantford, Ontario. This is a hands-on leadership role that blends warehouse operations — including heavy forklift work — with the responsibility of guiding a team through daily tasks and shift management. If you’re comfortable leading by example on the floor and stepping up when the supervisor isn’t around, this could be the right move for you.
The role is split between physical warehouse duties and administrative coordination. You’ll spend the majority of your shift operating a stand-up counterbalance forklift, but you’ll also be responsible for scheduling shifts, communicating with team members, and keeping records accurate. It’s a role built for someone who’s equally comfortable on the floor and in front of a computer.
About the Role: Group Coordinator Lead
As a Group Coordinator Lead at DHL Supply Chain, roughly 60–80% of your day will involve forklift-related tasks, primarily using a stand-up counterbalance. You’ll also assist with loading and unloading trailers, case picking by hand (up to 50 lbs), and operating transfer machines. The physical side of this position is real and consistent, so stamina and attention to safe practices are essential.
Beyond the warehouse floor, you’ll serve as a key point of contact during your shift — stepping into a supervisory capacity when needed, coordinating training for new associates, and ensuring your team operates in line with DHL’s safety standards and company policies. You’ll also rotate responsibility for running the Saturday shift, adding variety to your schedule.
Benefits and Salary
This full-time position pays $24.50 per hour. Full-time associates at DHL Supply Chain are eligible for a comprehensive benefits package including medical and dental coverage, basic life and AD&D insurance, short-term and long-term disability, and paid time off and paid holidays. Optional benefits include retirement savings plans (DCPP, RRSP, TFSA), additional life and critical illness insurance, and an education reimbursement program. DHL has been recognized as a Great Place to Work® and Top Employer in Canada for three consecutive years.
