About the role: General Merchandise Associate
As a General Merchandise Associate, you will provide excellent customer service by greeting all customers politely, promoting products and services, locating merchandise, and assisting with purchase decisions. You will resolve customer issues and refer concerns where appropriate to enhance customer loyalty.
You will zone assigned areas, move feature merchandise to modular homes, work recovery merchandise, and assist with front-end coverage. You will communicate with team members to ensure optimal floor coverage and contribute to a safe, clean, and hazard-free environment.

Requirements / Skills
Customer Service & Merchandising Skills: Ability to greet customers, promote products/services, locate merchandise, and resolve customer issues. Strong attention to detail for zoning, stocking, and maintaining merchandise displays.
Teamwork & Safety Awareness: Communicate effectively with associates to ensure floor coverage, contribute to a safe and clean environment by completing safety sweep logs, and ensure fixtures and displays are secure.
