About the Role: General Merchandise Associate

As a General Merchandise Associate, your primary focus is maintaining and zoning the general merchandise area while delivering excellent customer service. You’ll greet customers in a friendly manner, assist them in finding products, and help them make purchasing decisions. You’ll also move feature merchandise to its modular home, work recovery merchandise from the Customer Service desk, and assist with Front End coverage as needed.

Contributing to a safe, clean, and hazard-free work environment is a key part of the job. This includes following company policies and procedures, completing safety sweep logs, and ensuring all displays and fixtures are secure. Strong communication with fellow associates helps keep floor coverage consistent throughout each shift.
