About the Role: General Merchandise Associate
As a General Merchandise Associate, your main focus will be keeping your assigned area of the store well-stocked, properly zoned, and visually clean. You’ll assist customers in finding products, making purchase decisions, and resolving any concerns that come up on the floor. You’ll also move feature merchandise to its modular home, work recovery merchandise from the Customer Service desk, and help with Front End coverage as needed.
Maintaining a safe, clean, and hazard-free work environment is a key part of the job. This includes following company policies and procedures, completing safety sweep logs, and ensuring that displays and fixtures are secure. You’ll communicate regularly with fellow associates to make sure floor coverage is always maintained and the store is running smoothly.

The minimum rate of pay for this position starts at $16.15 per hour. Responsibilities
