You’ll be working a Monday to Friday morning shift (approximately 3–4 hours per day), handling packages in a dynamic warehouse setting. About the Role: Gateway Warehouse Worker

As a Gateway Warehouse Worker at UPS, your primary focus will be on the movement and management of packages throughout the facility. Day to day, you’ll be responsible for loading, unloading, shipping, receiving, scanning, sorting, and stocking packages. You may also operate heavy machinery to help get the job done efficiently.

Working as part of a unionized team under the Teamsters Union Collective Bargaining Agreement, you’ll benefit from structured wage progression and a supportive work culture. Benefits and Salary

This role pays $18.50 per hour, with wages paid every Friday. UPS offers a guaranteed wage progression through the Teamsters Union Collective Bargaining Agreement. Responsibilities

As a Gateway Warehouse Worker, you’ll be an essential part of keeping UPS’s operations running smoothly. Your day-to-day duties require physical stamina, attention to detail, and a commitment to following proper UPS package handling procedures to ensure every parcel reaches its destination safely and on time.

• Load and unload UPS packages into trailers or package cars efficiently and safely
• Scan, sort, and stock packages according to established procedures and routing codes
• Learn and execute UPS-approved package handling methods to minimize damage and maximize efficiency
• Read and memorize postal codes to ensure accurate sorting and delivery preparation
• Operate heavy machinery as required to assist with warehouse tasks
• Complete additional tasks as assigned in a fast-paced warehouse environment
