About the Role: Store-Front Team Member
Working on the store-front at Tim Hortons means you’re the heartbeat of the restaurant. From the moment guests walk in to the second they grab their double-double and head out the door, you’re responsible for delivering a warm, consistent guest experience. Responsibilities
Every day on the floor at Tim Hortons is a mix of guest interactions, food and beverage preparation, and keeping the store running smoothly. These responsibilities are core to delivering the experience guests expect each time they visit.
- Greet and welcome every guest with genuine hospitality — often being the first face they see to start their day
- Take and complete guest orders accurately, including coffees, Iced Capps®, donuts, and other menu items
- Prepare sandwiches and wraps to Tim Hortons’ quality standards
- Follow all Tim Hortons standards and guidelines when preparing products and operating equipment
- Maintain a positive and energetic atmosphere on shift, contributing to a fun team environment
- Deliver service above and beyond guest expectations on every interaction
