This is a Monday to Friday daytime shift (7am–3pm) role within the AEMCE sector, where you’ll be operating powered equipment to move, stock, and manage product flow in a warehouse environment. About the Role: Forklift Operator

As a Forklift Operator at DHL Supply Chain in Mississauga, your primary responsibility is to safely and efficiently operate powered material handling equipment — including forklifts, clamp trucks, and other warehouse machinery — for at least 80% of your shift. Responsibilities

As a Forklift Operator at DHL’s Mississauga facility, your day-to-day work centres around the safe and efficient movement of product throughout the warehouse. These responsibilities are essential to keeping the supply chain running smoothly and ensuring customer orders are fulfilled accurately and on time.

  • Operate forklifts, clamp trucks, and other powered equipment to load, unload, move, stock, and stage products and materials for 80% of each shift
  • Pull and prepare product for shipment, verifying the exact number and types of product being loaded
  • Maintain records and reports to support inventory accuracy across the facility
  • Comply with all OSHA and MSDS standards to uphold a safe and regulated work environment
  • Verify load accuracy by checking load count, stability, and product condition — reporting any variances as necessary
  • Monitor and change equipment battery or LP tank as required to maintain operational readiness
  • Maintain the facility’s equipment and materials in a neat, clean, and orderly manner
  • Assist in physical inventories and complete daily equipment inspections
  • Check inbound and outbound products for damage, infestation, and product code dates to ensure they match customer requirements
