To ensure timely delivery of packages to predetermined customers on specific routes, you will review orders prior to delivery, load and unload the vehicle, and provide exceptional customer service to our client base. About the role: Flex Driver
As a Flex Driver, you will review orders before delivery, load and unload the vehicle, and follow Federal Express Canada procedures to ensure each package reaches the customer on time. You will provide courteous and efficient delivery, interacting professionally with recipients and confirming shipment conformance to service standards.
You will meet mandatory pre-placement driver assessment training thresholds and complete all required basic and recurring training. In Quebec, you must be bilingual (French and English). You will adapt to varying routes and schedules, demonstrating route planning and the ability to multitask in a highly pressured environment.

Requirements / Skills
Driver’s License & Physical Ability: Must have a valid full Class 5 (G) driver’s license and a good driving record. Ability to lift up to 70 lbs safely and maneuver packages with appropriate equipment. You will pass mandatory pre-placement driver assessment training and complete all required recurring training to maintain safe driving practices.
Customer Service & Interpersonal Skills: One year of customer-oriented business experience preferred. You need excellent customer service skills, strong communication, time management, and organizational abilities. Ability to multitask, handle stress, and work in a highly pressured environment is critical. In Quebec, bilingualism (French and English) is required.
- High school diploma or educational equivalent
