Fashion Associate – Walmart – Thetford-Mines, QC

Walmart Canada’s store in Thetford-Mines, Quebec is looking for a Fashion Associate to join their retail team. This is a customer-facing role where you’ll help keep the fashion merchandise floor looking sharp, stocked, and welcoming for every shopper who walks through the door.

Day-to-day, you’ll be processing and stocking fashion merchandise, maintaining display standards, and ensuring customers get the help they need to find what they’re looking for. About the Role: Fashion Associate

As a Fashion Associate at Walmart Canada, you’ll be responsible for keeping the fashion department fully stocked, neatly merchandised, and customer-ready at all times. You’ll process incoming fashion merchandise, maintain modular integrity, and ensure proper signage is in place throughout your section. Greeting customers and assisting them with product locations and purchase decisions is a regular part of the job.

You’ll also play a key role in maintaining a safe, clean, and hazard-free work environment. This means following company policies and procedures, completing safety sweep logs, and making sure all displays and fixtures are secure. You’ll work as part of a team to plan and execute daily tasks, including the rollout of seasonal merchandise arrangements.

Benefits and Salary

This position starts at a minimum rate of $18.25 per hour, with pay determined based on relevant experience. • Merchandise non-modular fashion items and maintain modular integrity throughout the department
• Ensure proper signage is in place as dictated by the modular plan
• Replenish seasonal merchandise in a timely manner and execute seasonal arrangement plans
• Maintain a clean and tidy salesfloor, keeping displays and fixtures secure and safe for customers and staff
• Follow company health and safety policies, including completing safety sweep logs and ensuring fixtures and supplies are properly used and replaced as needed
