Benefits and Salary

Responsibilities

Each shift as a Tim Hortons Team Member involves a mix of guest-facing service and behind-the-scenes preparation. Staying organized, maintaining a positive attitude, and being a reliable presence on the team are what make this role work well.

• Greet guests and deliver exceptional customer service from start to finish
• Prepare, assemble, and serve menu items according to Tim Hortons brand standards
• Operate the POS cash system and handle payment transactions accurately
• Maintain cleanliness and sanitation throughout all areas of the restaurant
• Follow food safety, health and safety, and brand guidelines consistently
• Collaborate with teammates during busy periods to keep service running smoothly
• Carry out other duties as assigned by management

Requirements / Skills
