The schedule is overnight: Thursday to Saturday, 8:00pm to 6:30am. About the role: Distribution Centre Team Associate (Operations III Selector)
As a Distribution Centre Team Associate, you’ll be responsible for the receiving, order filling, and shipment of freight throughout the DC. You’ll support general warehouse duties including load/unload of trailers, and you may be assigned to picking, receiving, and shipping areas as business needs dictate.
Day-to-day work includes stock replenishing and restocking of inventory/customer product, maintaining order filling performance expectations while keeping picking accuracy high, and following all Operations policies and procedures. You’ll also help maintain associate-related programs and procedures—especially health and safety and housekeeping programs—to support compliance with relevant legislation and company policy.
Benefits and Salary
The rate of pay for this position starts from $24.54/hr. Requirements / Skills
- Must be 18 or older.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly for up to 10 hours per day.
- Must have steel-toed safety shoes/boots for the first day.
- Other personal protective equipment (PPE) may be required and will be provided as appropriate.
- Ability to work across picking, receiving, and shipping areas as business dictates.
- Ability to maintain order filling performance expectations while keeping strong picking accuracy.
- Comfort with general warehouse duties, including load/unload trailers, replenishing and restocking inventory, and shipping/receiving routines.
- For PDC locations only: ability to work continuously in temperatures between +12°C and -24°C.
- Commitment to following Operations policies, and supporting health and safety and housekeeping programs for compliance.
