Responsibilities
This role encompasses a wide scope of strategic and operational work across pricing, business intelligence, sales compensation, and people leadership. - Drive operational pricing strategy, including quoting and capacity-level adjustments within Express network tools
- Oversee complex analytical work to improve operating margins through capacity utilization, sales analysis, and product portfolio development
- Develop statistical revenue forecasts and produce executive-level reporting that consolidates data from multiple sources
- Own the transformation roadmap across automation, analytics tools, and talent development initiatives
- Oversee sales compensation plans, targets, recognition programs, and performance measurement frameworks
- Build succession pipelines, manage department budgets, and provide coaching and mentorship to analytics professionals
- Maintain strong relationships with senior leaders across DPDHL to ensure alignment with global pricing strategies
Requirements / Skills

- 8–10 years of increasingly diverse and complex business experience with a proven track record of P&L impact
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration required; an MBA or Master’s degree in Economics, Accounting, or a related field is preferred
- Executive education in revenue management or AI is highly desirable
- Expert analytical abilities with a demonstrated ability to translate data into actionable business insights
- Proficiency in SQL, Power BI, and database management; knowledge of AI-based automation tools is a strong asset
