About the role: Deli Bakery Team Associate

The Deli Bakery Team Associate maintains and zones the Bakery and Deli departments, ensuring products are positioned correctly and shelves remain organized. You’ll rotate stock, check expiration dates, and confirm pricing and signage are accurate and up to Walmart standards.

This role involves preparing deli orders, handling hot food items, using equipment like rotisserie ovens, and following thawing and baking guidelines for bakery merchandise including breads, pies, cookies, and cakes. You’ll also support ordering procedures, markups/markdowns, and product labeling while ensuring proper cold-chain compliance and food safety practices.

Benefits and Salary
