As a Dairy/Frozen Associate at Walmart Canada, you help keep some of the most important departments in the store running smoothly. Every shift, you provide exceptional customer service, zone the Dairy and Frozen areas, and make sure products are stocked, fresh, and easy for customers to find.

About the role: Dairy Frozen Associate
Working as a Dairy/Frozen Associate means maintaining and zoning the Dairy and Frozen departments so they are always customer-ready. You will rotate products, check for expired items, and ensure merchandise is properly signed and priced according to Walmart standards.
You’ll also follow cold chain compliance procedures, including thermometer calibrations, temperature recording, food handling, sell-by and expiration date checks, while keeping the area neat, clean, and free of unnecessary debris, foreign objects, and liquids.

Requirements / Skills
- Ability to zone, stock, rotate, and merchandise Dairy and Frozen products effectively
- Attention to detail when checking pricing, signing, and expiry/sell-by dates
- Comfort working in cold environments and following cold chain compliance standards
- Knowledge of food safety and sanitation procedures
- Ability to follow Walmart procedures for ordering, clearance, markups/markdowns, signing, flagging, pricing, and labels
- Strong customer service skills with a positive, helpful attitude
- Commitment to keeping the area neat, clean, organized, and free of debris and liquids
- Ability to maintain features and support department readiness for business
