About the Role: Dairy Frozen Associate

As a Dairy Frozen Associate at Walmart Wetaskiwin, your primary focus will be maintaining the Dairy and Frozen section to the highest standards. This includes stocking shelves, rotating products, checking for expired items, and ensuring everything is properly signed and priced. Benefits and Salary

Responsibilities

• Zone the department regularly to ensure shelves are properly organized and presentable at all times
• Rotate stock and check for expired products to ensure freshness and compliance with sell-by dates
• Ensure merchandise is properly signed and priced according to Walmart’s standards
• Adhere to cold chain compliance protocols, including thermometer calibrations, temperature recording, and food handling procedures
• Follow food safety and handling procedures, including sanitation and cleaning standards for the dairy and frozen area
• Process orders and follow proper procedures for clearance, markups/markdowns, signing, flagging, pricing, and labelling
• Maintain department features and ensure the area is neat, clean, organized, and free of debris, foreign objects, and liquids
