Responsibilities
The Customer Service Manager plays a vital leadership role on the front end of the store. - Prepare registers for opening and closing, provide change to cashiers, maintain front-end cash levels, and complete audits on register accuracy
- Promote company-sponsored programs and initiatives including credit card services, Walmart protection plans, charity initiatives, and discount programs
