About the role: Customer Fulfillment Associate

Working as an Customer Fulfillment Associate at Walmart Canada is a great way to develop your skills in the retail industry. You pick, pack and dispense online orders, ensuring high-quality standards and accuracy while adhering to strict safety and food hygiene standards to achieve customer satisfaction and loyalty.

You will efficiently pick and assemble orders from various temperature areas, pack with attention to detail (product codes, quantities, similar names), document and label correctly, optimize tote fill, and balance fulfillment responsibilities with customer interaction and service resolution. You also follow strict safety and hygiene standards and participate in continuous improvement initiatives.
