In this position, you’ll serve as a Tesla brand ambassador, blending product education with genuine relationship-building. Every day looks a little different — demo drives, delivery orientations, sales support — but the common thread is creating an experience that’s as impressive as the vehicles themselves.

About the Role: Customer Experience Specialist

As a Customer Experience Specialist at Tesla Woodbridge, you’ll be the first face guests see when they walk through the showroom door and one of the last touchpoints before they drive away in their new vehicle. Your day-to-day involves engaging walk-in visitors, understanding their purchase intent and timeline, and crafting a personalized product experience that speaks to their individual needs — whether that’s a Full Self-Driving demonstration, a test drive, or a detailed delivery orientation.

Beyond direct customer engagement, you’ll also support the sales pipeline by capturing guest information, scheduling test drives, and flagging high-intent buyers. Strong teamwork, reliability, and attention to detail are essential — you’re contributing to a collaborative retail environment where every interaction matters.
