About the Role: Customer Experience Specialist

As a Customer Experience Specialist at Tesla Oshawa, you’ll be the first point of contact for walk-in guests and the final touchpoint when a customer takes delivery of their vehicle. Responsibilities

In this role, you’ll be deeply involved in shaping how customers experience the Tesla brand. From the first greeting at the door to delivering a vehicle with confidence and clarity, every interaction is an opportunity to leave a lasting impression.   • Welcome walk-in guests promptly and personally, creating an environment where every visitor feels valued and heard
  • Engage in meaningful conversation to understand each guest’s background, motivation for visiting, and purchase timeline to build a complete customer profile
  • Educate and inspire customers by answering questions and curating tailored product experiences, including demo drives and Full Self-Driving demonstrations

  • Support the sales pipeline by capturing guest information, scheduling test drives, and identifying high-intent buyers
  • Maintain the highest level of customer service for both current and prospective Tesla owners

Requirements / Skills

  • 1+ year of customer service and/or sales experience with a proven ability to meet and exceed goals
  • Passion for the Tesla mission and a solid understanding of EV industry trends and local incentives in Ontario
  • Strong communication skills — both written and verbal — along with excellent attention to detail and organizational ability
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and CRM tools
  • Availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays in a retail setting
  • Valid Class G, G2, or Class 5 driver’s licence (Canadian), maintained throughout employment
  • Motor vehicle salesperson licence/certificate issued by the Ontario provincial regulator — this is a condition of employment for this role in ON
