Customer Experience Specialist – Tesla – Hamilton, Ontario
Location: Hamilton, ON | Company: Tesla
Tesla’s Hamilton showroom is looking for a Customer Experience Specialist who can bring the brand’s mission to life — one conversation at a time. This is the kind of role where you’re both the first face a potential buyer sees when they walk through the door and the person who hands them the keys on delivery day. If you’re passionate about sustainable energy, love connecting with people, and thrive in a fast-moving retail environment, this opportunity is worth a close look.
Day to day, you’ll be engaging walk-in guests, answering questions about Tesla’s lineup, conducting demo drives and Full Self-Driving demonstrations, and guiding new owners through vehicle delivery orientations. It’s a role that blends sales, customer education, and genuine brand advocacy in a way that’s hard to find elsewhere in the automotive world.
About the Role: Customer Experience Specialist
As a Customer Experience Specialist at Tesla Hamilton, you serve as a true brand ambassador — someone who can turn a casual showroom visit into a meaningful, memorable interaction. You’ll build personalized customer profiles by understanding each visitor’s needs, timeline, and interest level, then tailor your approach to match. From answering technical questions about electric vehicles to curating the right product experience for each individual, the work is varied and rewarding.
This position requires someone who can work collaboratively as part of a retail team while also taking individual ownership of customer interactions. You’ll be expected to support overall sales pipeline health — capturing leads, scheduling test drives, and identifying high-intent buyers — all while maintaining the highest standard of service for both existing owners and prospects. Availability for evenings, weekends, and holidays is a requirement of the role.
Benefits and Salary
Tesla offers a competitive compensation package for this role. While a specific salary figure isn’t listed in this posting, employees at Tesla typically have access to benefits that reflect the company’s commitment to its team. Details on the full benefits package will be shared during the hiring process.
