About the role: Courier
As a Courier, you will provide courteous and efficient pick-up and delivery of packages on assigned routes, verifying shipments meet FedEx Canada service standards. You will interact with customers professionally, handling inquiries and ensuring each delivery supports a positive package delivery experience.
You will follow mandatory pre-placement driver assessment training thresholds and complete required recurring training. In Quebec, bilingualism (French and English) is required. Requirements / Skills
Driver’s License & Physical Ability: Must have a valid driver’s license with a good driving record. Ability to lift 70 lbs and maneuver packages up to 150 lbs with proper equipment. You must pass mandatory pre-placement driver assessment training and complete recurring training to maintain safe driving practices.
Customer Service & Interpersonal Skills: One (1) year of customer-oriented business experience preferred. You will need excellent customer service skills, strong communication, time management, and organizational abilities. Ability to multitask, handle stress, and work in a highly pressured environment is critical. In Quebec, bilingualism (French and English) is required.
- High school diploma or equivalent
