As a Consumables Associate with Walmart Canada in Edmonton, AB, you will be a customer service champion supporting the fast-paced flow of merchandise from the backroom to the salesfloor. You will work as part of a team to stock and process consumables, keep departments organized, and assist customers with their shopping needs in a safe and clean environment.

About the role: Consumables Associate
In this role, you will greet customers in a friendly manner and help them by locating merchandise, promoting products and services, and supporting purchase decisions. You will resolve customer issues and refer concerns to management when appropriate, ensuring shoppers feel supported on the salesfloor.
You will maintain strong salesfloor presentation by stocking and rotating merchandise, removing damaged or out-of-date goods, setting up displays, and signing and pricing items. You will also receive and stock merchandise, use equipment appropriately, handle required paperwork and logs, support claims and returns, help identify high-shrink items, apply product protection when required, and complete modulars including flex modulars and shelf caps.
Benefits and Salary
This is a Flex role with Walmart Canada. The minimum starting rate is $16.15/hour, with pay determined based on relevant experience. Schedules may include mornings, afternoons, evenings, and nights.
