About the Role: Coffee Shop Clerk

As a Coffee Shop Clerk, your primary focus will be on providing great customer service while ensuring the department is clean, stocked, and ready for shoppers. You’ll handle product displays, assist with inventory management, and respond to customer needs as they arise throughout your shift.

This role also involves supporting health and safety standards, participating in company-directed promotions, and collaborating with your colleagues to keep operations running smoothly. Physical readiness matters here — you’ll be on your feet and moving throughout the entire shift, occasionally lifting items up to 50 lbs.

The hiring range for this position is $17.60 to $22.19 per hour, as set out in the applicable collective bargaining agreement.
