About the Role: Coffee Shop Clerk

In this part-time clerk position, you’ll be responsible for keeping your department looking its best while ensuring customers can find exactly what they need. Day-to-day tasks include restocking shelves, setting up promotions, maintaining health and safety standards, and making sure product scanning is accurate. The starting pay range for this position is $17.60 – $22.19 per hour, as set out in the applicable collective bargaining agreement. Responsibilities

In this role, you’ll be active on the floor throughout your entire shift — keeping products stocked, displays tidy, and customers well-served. These responsibilities are central to delivering the kind of in-store shopping experience that keeps customers coming back to Loblaws.

• Provide great customer service by ensuring shelves are stocked and responding promptly to customer needs
• Maintain and stock product displays and shelves in line with company standards
• Ensure accurate product scanning and identify inventory needs to assist with ordering
• Set up company-directed promotions and in-store programs
• Keep department areas clean and organized, maintaining health and safety standards at all times
• Engage customers through knowledgeable and friendly conversation about products
