About the Role: Campaign & Creative Manager
As a Campaign & Creative Manager, your days will involve managing the full lifecycle of advertising campaigns — from pre-sales creative development through to delivery and performance analysis. You’ll work closely with internal teams including Design, AdOps, Sales, Quality Assurance, and Account Management, as well as external advertiser stakeholders. The role requires someone who can project manage complex campaigns while simultaneously consulting on creative strategy backed by real data.
The CCM team values continuous improvement, and you’ll be expected to identify workflow inefficiencies, implement best practices, and contribute to process and product improvement projects. Benefits and Salary
This role comes with a base salary range of $71,900 to $120,000 CAD annually for the Toronto location. Amazon’s total compensation package may also include sign-on payments and restricted stock units (RSUs), with final compensation based on experience, qualifications, and location. Responsibilities
The Campaign & Creative Manager plays a central role in delivering high-quality advertiser experiences across Amazon’s advertising ecosystem. From managing campaign launches to diving deep into creative performance data, every responsibility is oriented toward helping advertisers succeed while upholding the quality standards Amazon is known for.
- Manage the planning and delivery of high-quality advertiser engagements, educating clients on Amazon advertising policies and creative best practices
- Project manage the execution of complex advertising campaigns in collaboration with internal Design, AdOps, Sales, QA, and Account Management teams as well as external stakeholders
- Consult with advertisers on creative strategy using historical advertiser and industry data to drive performance
- Troubleshoot complex issues that arise throughout the campaign lifecycle with accuracy and efficiency
- Analyse campaign data deeply to identify opportunities for process and product improvements across verticals and locales
- Develop innovative, first-of-their-kind campaign executions with advertisers and internal partners during the pre-sales stage
- Standardise creative and operational best practices to drive campaign performance and ensure frustration-free launches
Requirements / Skills

- 3+ years of experience in digital advertising and client-facing roles — this is the foundation of everything in this position
