About the Role: Campaign & Creative Manager
As a Campaign & Creative Manager (CCM), your day-to-day will involve managing the full lifecycle of complex advertising campaigns — from pre-sales creative development through to launch and ongoing optimization. You’ll consult with advertisers on creative strategy using historical data and industry insights, coordinate with internal teams including Design, AdOps, Sales, QA, and Account Management, and ensure every campaign runs smoothly and delivers measurable impact. You’ll also play a key role in identifying process improvements that drive cross-vertical and cross-locale efficiency.

Benefits and Salary
Amazon offers a competitive base salary range of $71,900 to $120,000 CAD annually for this position in Toronto, with total compensation potentially including sign-on payments and Restricted Stock Units (RSUs). Final compensation will be based on your experience, qualifications, and location. Responsibilities
As a Campaign & Creative Manager at Amazon, you’ll be the linchpin between advertisers and internal teams, ensuring campaigns are executed flawlessly and that every creative decision is backed by solid data. Your work will directly impact advertiser performance and contribute to the continuous improvement of Amazon Advertising’s workflows and best practices.
- Manage the planning and delivery of high-quality advertiser engagements, educating clients on Amazon’s advertising policies and creative best practices
- Project manage complex advertising campaigns in collaboration with internal Design, AdOps, Sales, QA, and Account Management teams, as well as external stakeholders
- Consult with advertisers on creative strategy using historical advertiser and industry data to drive performance
- Troubleshoot complex campaign issues that arise during the campaign lifecycle in a timely and effective manner
- Analyze campaign data to develop and manage process and product improvement projects aimed at improving cross-vertical and cross-locale efficiency
- Develop never-before-seen campaign executions with advertisers and internal partners during the pre-sales stage
- Standardize creative and operational best practices to drive performance and support frustration-free campaign launches
Requirements / Skills

The ideal candidate is someone who can balance strategic thinking with hands-on execution and is comfortable working across multiple teams and advertiser relationships simultaneously.
- 3+ years of experience in digital advertising and client-facing roles — this is the foundation of success in this position
- Data analysis proficiency — experience analyzing performance data and industry benchmarks to assess performance drivers
- Brand and media planning experience — familiarity with annual planning cycles and how they connect to campaign strategy
- eCommerce or online advertising experience is a strong asset that will set you apart
- Omni-channel marketing, SEM, or SEO experience is considered a definite advantage
