Benefits and Salary

The base pay range for this role is between $84,400 and $140,700 CAD, with your exact pay determined by your skills, experience, qualifications, and location. In Ontario, qualified candidates can expect a hiring rate up to the midpoint of the range, with exceptions made for candidates with significant and relevant experience. Beyond base pay, Apple offers a comprehensive benefits package that includes medical and dental coverage, retirement benefits, discounts on Apple products, free services, and tuition reimbursement for education that advances your career at Apple. Responsibilities

As a Store Manager at Apple, your days will be dynamic and people-centred. You’ll divide your time between developing your team, engaging with customers on the floor, and driving the operational strategies that keep your store performing at its best.

  • Lead and develop a team of store associates, empowering each member to grow and meet their performance and developmental goals
  • Assist with recruiting, training, and retaining a diverse, high-performing team that reflects Apple’s values
  • Participate in Floor Leadership by interacting with team members and customers throughout the store, modelling excellent service standards
  • Address concerns and escalations from customers and team members, partnering with leadership and People partners when needed
  • Drive business priorities by planning and executing operational strategies within assigned functional areas of the store
  • Maintain company policies and procedures, and protect all company assets including confidential business, customer, and financial information
  • Foster inclusion and diversity by demonstrating Apple’s values in daily activities and building a respectful environment for all team members

Requirements / Skills
