Responsibilities
In this role, you’ll be the connective tissue between store leadership and the frontline team. Your daily work involves motivating and guiding team members, keeping operations running smoothly, and making sure every customer interaction reflects the Apple standard.
- Lead and mentor team members, acting as a role model and fostering strong customer engagement throughout the store
- Drive sales and customer loyalty using your deep knowledge of Apple products and services
- Organize sales floor workflow and manage relevant communication between team members and leadership to optimize the customer experience
- Communicate sales strategy effectively and ensure timely execution in partnership with the leadership team
- Energize and align team members on store performance goals, priorities, and updates
- Address team member feedback, questions, and concerns promptly, escalating to Store Leadership when appropriate
- Manage operational needs including opening and closing procedures, cash management, and overrides
- Contribute to an inclusive environment by respecting differences and demonstrating Apple’s values of inclusion and diversity daily
Requirements / Skills

- Bilingual proficiency in written and spoken French and English, as this role is based in Quebec (sign language supported)
