Responsibilities

In this role, you’ll wear many hats — from hands-on stocking duties to stepping up as manager on duty when needed. Every task you take on contributes to a well-organized, customer-friendly store environment that Dollarama is known for across Canada.

  • Assist the management team in overseeing store operations and day-to-day staff coordination
  • Receive and process daily shipments, including boxing and unboxing merchandise efficiently
  • Stock shelves daily with products in compliance with presentation standards
  • Deliver excellent customer service and effectively resolve customer concerns and issues
  • Uphold store safety and cleanliness standards through consistent contribution and monitoring
  • Conduct manager-on-duty tasks, including confirming daily breaks are taken and entering attendance records
  • Handle cash management as well as store opening and closing duties as required
  • Participate actively in the employee training process to support team development
