About the Role: Assistant Store Manager
As an Assistant Store Manager, you’ll work closely alongside the Store Manager to oversee the day-to-day running of the store. When the Store Manager is unavailable, you’ll step in as the Manager on Duty (MOD) — taking full responsibility for store operations. You’ll ensure that all company policies and procedures are clearly communicated to and followed by every team member, and that inventory counts are completed accurately and on time to support smooth replenishment of goods.
