About the Role
The Assistant Store Manager plays a vital role in maintaining operational excellence. Key Responsibilities
- Support the Store Manager in overseeing daily operations.

- Supervise inventory counts to maintain accurate stock and proper resupply.
- Oversee merchandising practices to meet Dollarama’s standards.
- Assist in hiring, onboarding, and training new employees.
- Maintain a dynamic, efficient, and customer-focused store environment.
Preferred Candidate Profile
- Minimum of 2 years of retail experience.
