About the role: Asset Protection Associate
As an Asset Protection Associate, your main responsibility is to maintain a secure store environment. This includes conducting daily patrols, securing doors and showcases, and handling external arrests when necessary.
You will investigate financial and physical shrink incidents, support evacuation procedures, and collaborate with Store Leadership and Loss Prevention Managers. You’ll also assist in internal theft investigations, organized retail crime cases, and ethics-related matters, ensuring Walmart’s policies are followed thoroughly and professionally.
