About the Role

As an Amazon Area Manager, you will guide teams through daily delivery station operations, ensuring that every package reaches customers on time and in perfect condition. Your focus will be on building engagement, managing performance metrics, and fostering a culture of safety. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams including Engineering, HR, Safety, Quality Assurance, and Loss Prevention to meet business goals and continuously improve processes.

This is a hands-on position requiring flexibility, problem-solving skills, and the ability to lead by example in a dynamic and sometimes physically demanding environment. You will play a direct role in shaping how Amazon continues to deliver millions of packages and smiles across Canada.

Benefits and Salary

The base salary for this position ranges from $67,700/year to $83,000/year, depending on experience and qualifications. As a total compensation company, Amazon may also provide equity, sign-on bonuses, and other incentives. Employees receive a comprehensive benefits package that may include:

Requirements / Skills

• Bachelor’s degree OR 2+ years of Amazon FTE (blue badge) experience
• 1+ years of employee and performance management experience
• Ability to work flexible schedules including nights, weekends, and holidays
• Strong organizational and leadership skills in fast-paced environments
• Physical ability to lift up to 49 lbs and stand/walk up to 12 hours
• Preferred: experience with lean techniques, process improvement, or performance metrics
