About the role: Amazon Tour Leader
You will conduct multiple tours per day, guiding groups through order-picking, packing, and shipping workflows. You’ll translate complex robotics concepts into clear, engaging narratives and highlight our employee development, safety protocols, and sustainability initiatives.
At day’s end, you’ll review participant feedback and collaborate on continuous improvements to tour content and delivery. You’ll also train Ambassador & Proxy teams and maintain positive site and community relationships.

- Preferred: fulfillment operations or customer service background
- Preferred: team leadership, tourism/hospitality experience, and adaptability
