About the Role: Administrative Assistant

Responsibilities
Day to day, this role is about keeping the office running like clockwork. You’ll be the go-to person for clerical support, data entry, and documentation management, ensuring that raters and team leads have everything they need to serve clients efficiently. These responsibilities are essential to the smooth flow of UPS’s brokerage operations.
- Assist with clerical tasks including information gathering, documentation, photocopying, faxing, and file splitting
- Perform data entry and scanning to maintain accurate and up-to-date customer records
- Complete first-screen processing of B3 customer files and open LVS entries
- Support raters with general office duties including reports, forms, and claims
- Answer phone calls from partners and other UPS offices in a professional and timely manner
- Operate scanning stations for document imaging and proper file management
