About the Role: Account Manager, Triangle Media Services
As Account Manager within Triangle Retail Media, you’ll take full ownership of a portfolio of client accounts, overseeing everything from campaign planning and execution to performance reporting and stakeholder communication. Responsibilities
In this role, you’ll be the primary point of contact for a portfolio of agency and advertiser clients, driving campaign performance from planning through to reporting. Your responsibilities span client relationship management, cross-functional collaboration, and strategic input into TRM’s growing suite of retail media solutions.
- Own digital media campaigns across your client portfolio, guiding internal teams and clients to deliver measurable, results-driven outcomes
- Act as a trusted liaison with clients regarding new product launches and digital advertising opportunities, demonstrating deep knowledge of TRM’s capabilities
- Foster and grow client relationships across both internal and external stakeholders, championing a customer-focused culture at every touchpoint
- Monitor digital media trends including emerging channels, formats, and technologies, and deliver strategic recommendations to clients and teams
- Partner with Account Executives to build compelling pitch decks and marketing materials for client-facing and stakeholder meetings
- Report on business goals internally and take ownership of outcomes in collaboration with Account Executives for your assigned client list
- Create and maintain work-back schedules, budget summaries, campaign delivery timelines, and performance reports
- Engage directly with digital media partners to build and manage CTC’s retail media portfolio
Requirements / Skills

- College or university degree in Marketing, Economics, Business, Finance, or a related discipline
- 5–7 years of experience in professional account management for digital marketing programs, agency or client side
- Proven ability to independently manage and grow client relationships over time
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and generate actionable insights for clients
- Experience with media buying platforms, ad serving tools, and relationship management practices
- Proficiency with demand-side platforms and analytics tools, including Google Analytics, Google Ads, and Google Ad Manager
- Experience with CRM and workflow tools such as Salesforce, Jira, or Monday.com is considered an asset
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders and build trust across a matrixed organization
