About the role: 4am/5am Initial Baker / Overnight Team Member
In this production role, you’ll handle key baking and prep tasks such as getting products from the walk-in freezer, operating ovens and egg cookers, and decorating donuts and other items according to standard. You’ll prepare baked products like muffins, donuts, breads, eggs, sausages, and manage inventory during the shift—monitoring expired products with a sense of urgency.
You’ll also keep production running smoothly by preparing toppings and backups for next shifts, meeting showcase specifications, completing production sheets on time, receiving and storing BOH inventory when applicable, keeping equipment clean each shift, and supporting front-of-house team members to Make it right for guest concerns when necessary.

Requirements / Skills
Demonstrate a passion for hospitality and creating exceptional guest experiences
Ability to multi-task and work well under pressure while maintaining food safety standards
Ability to learn equipment use, carry boxes up to 25 lbs, and work in a cold environment (freezer/fridge)
Strong work ethic; punctual, responsible, and team-oriented
Previous experience in guest service or baking is an asset
Flexible availability preferred
Ability to commit to 4am/5am early starts or overnight shifts
